The Digital Transformation Team supports the development and implementation of client-centred, high quality, fit-for-purpose digital applications and capabilities across Centacare Services’ diverse and complex client and programs portfolios for Centacare Services. About The Role We currently have an exciting opportunity for an Enterprise Applications Administrator to join our team based in Brisbane on a permanent full time basis. The primary role of the Enterprise Applications Administrator is to monitor and maintain Centacare’s enterprise applications suite and work in a cross-functional environment to support and improve business processes through technology. Some of the position key duties include: Provide 3rd level technical support for Centacare’s Enterprise Applications, and act as an escalation point for technical issues with a focus on maintaining high availability, optimising performance, and supporting business processes across multiple departments. Perform and provide regular security audits, design and implement mitigations. Contribute to the creation, implementation and optimisation of processes and procedures for managing business-critical applications. Liaise closely with key stakeholders to ensure requirements are clearly documented, understood, communicated, planned, and designed to meet business objectives through information systems / and or operational changes meet business goals. Participate in systems and functional testing/validation of performance as required to ensure implemented changes meet business expectations. The successful candidate will possess: Relevant IT industry certification A minimum of 3 years previous experience in enterprise application support, preferably in a complex program/project or enterprise environment. Aged Care/Disability/not-for-profit experience - desirable. In-depth and broad understanding of problem identification, analysis, and problem resolution with demonstrated skill in a range of analytical tools and techniques, including modelling of business capabilities (people, processes, and technology) Excellent interpersonal skills, including problem resolution, negotiation, and the ability to communicate both technical and non-technical information at all levels. Excellent time management and prioritisation skills. Ability to document system configuration and process information. Ability to plan and manage activities within established timeframes. Ability to provide direction, support and guidance to system users. Sound decision-making, conflict resolution and problem-solving skills. Ability to obtain and maintain a current blue card, criminal history check, NDIS Worker Screening Clearance (when required) and evidence of rights to work in Australia. Why Work for us?
