Your new role The Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for developing and executing successful marketing strategies to drive growth in the digital space. This position is also responsible for using in-depth understanding of digital marketing and e-commerce to identify new business opportunities and build relationships with key customers. Key Duties Support the Marketing Manager and senior management to achieve business objectives and deliver successful outcomes. Lead social media strategy across all owned, earned and paid channels. Promote and build rapport via all forms of social media (including but not limited to Facebook, TikTok, Instagram and LinkedIn). Lead SEO/SEM, Adwords and paid social activities to drive acquisition and conversion. Create digital assets for social media channels. Monitor communications and requests via social media streams. Manage the full funnel journey through EDM campaigns and social media. Write a variety of different content to support communications and marketing efforts in the digital space. Manage and build social media channels to drive engagement and reach. Monitor analytics and create reports detailing the successes and failures of digital campaigns and strategies. Your Skills And Experience A minimum of 3 years' experience in an agency based digital marketing role. Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field. Interest in Health and Beauty is an advantage. An analytical mind and ability to think critically. Familiar with Microsoft Suite, Google Suite, Adobe Creative, Canva and capable of creating visually compelling assets. Experience working with digital advertising platforms and analytic tools (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, automated funnel tools). Ability to effectively and efficiently perform all essential job duties and responsibilities with or without reasonable accommodation and without posing a direct safety threat to others or self.
