Your opportunity We have an exciting opportunity for a passionate and collaborative Digital Employee Experience Manager to join the NRMA People & Culture team on a full-time permanent basis. Reporting to the General Manager, Organisational Culture, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our organisation effectively communicates with our target audience through digital channels whilst developing digital capability across all levels of the organisation. You will build and implement digital employee experience strategies and tools that align with business objectives, enhance the employee experience & engagement and drive improvements in employee productivity. The role offers the flexibility to work from home and across all offices with attendance at our Sydney Olympic Park and Sydney CBD offices as agreed and required for the role. Your key responsibilities will include, but not limited to: Create the digital employee experience strategy and digital workplace roadmap for the NRMA Increase and promote the adoption of internal digital channels across the organisation, embedding new platforms and ways of working across the business including providing advice to the business on how to best leverage the channels available Analyse intranet and internal communication channels, user feedback and best practice to determine appropriate improvements Day to day management of the NRMA intranet ensuring the overall information and content is in line with business strategies Collaborate with stakeholders, including providing advice and guidance, across the business to co-ordinate and generally manage the content on the intranet Maintain an effective and engaged network of content owners for the intranet and provide relevant training and support including providing timely updates, troubleshooting web content issues, undertaking search engine optimisation (SEO) activities, reporting on insights and analytics, supporting a range of communications activities, and contributing to the development and delivery of key enhancement initiatives Be responsible for the capability build and leadership of all employee digital communication platforms and content including Teams, Yammer and any other platforms that may be used within the business Make recommendations and work with key stakeholders to improve their ways of working and engagement of teams through communication and collaboration platforms Review and provide insights and metrics for all platforms making recommendations for improvement and engagement Continue to keep across and learn about key updates of platforms educating and training people on new features and usage Contribute to projects & tasks as required dependent on divisional and team strategies and areas of focus. About You! Essential Skills and Attributes 3-5 years of relevant digital employee experience or experience in a related field A good understanding of design thinking methodology and experience designing and delivering digital user experience solution Experience with employee engagement measurement tools and strategies Solid knowledge of new and emerging trends and applications in digital communications Good level of skills in writing, reviewing and editing content Experience using a variety of website Content Management Systems Desirable Skills and Attributes Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills along with great stakeholder management Ability to effectively manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously Good analytical skills and the ability to utilize data to drive decision-making Highly organised, with demonstrated ability to plan and systematically juggle multiple priorities You will be a self starter who can work both independently and as part of team and excel at collaboration You will be curious and always be looking at ways to improve and enable better ways of working and collaboration Amazing Benefits are Yours!
