Job Description The key responsibilities of the Technical Records Clerk include: Managing Aircraft Maintenance Records: Efficiently managing electronic and paper-based aircraft maintenance records, ensuring accurate entry into the maintenance information system within specified time frames. Ensuring Record Accuracy and Compliance: Meticulously reviewing records for discrepancies, inconsistencies, and errors, taking proactive measures to resolve them, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Supporting Discrepancy Resolution: Collaborating with stakeholders to investigate and rectify record discrepancies, liaising with maintenance personnel and engineers to address and resolve issues. Adhering to Procedures and Standards: Following documented procedures and adhering to established standards and guidelines to maintain the integrity of aircraft maintenance records. Meeting Time frames and Targets: Working efficiently to meet tight deadlines and targets, prioritising tasks, and ensuring timely completion of entries and updates.
