You will be working from our Byron Bay office in a casual position - opportunity for Full-Time work for the right candidate. Every Day, You’ll Be Helping our customers solve tricky technical issues (in a non-technical way) over phone, email, and live chat Guiding our customers on how to get the most from their solar and battery savings Keeping our customers updated with the status of their solar installation Pushing maintenance call outs through the pipeline, and keeping our customers updated Editing our self-service articles and references with a focus on continuous improvement Updating our legendary sales team as required on their customers issues This role will report to the Operations manager. You Must Have Minimum 1 year Customer Service experience - could be Retail, Call Centre, or similar Experience using Google Workplace or MS Office Bonus Points Salesforce CRM experience Currently studying a something aligned to renewables A bit of a nerd when it comes to anything IT related We Want To Hear From You If You Are Available to a minimum of four days between the hours of 8am and 6pm Passionate about solving customer problems Able to commute to our Byron Bay office Task orientated, motivated by and driven towards a completion Seeking a career within the Renewables space with hands on experience An excellent written and verbal communicator Excited to work for an established start-up, who have a genuine mission in mind, to save our future whilst facilitating the means to a long term investment, saving homeowners money from their pocket, allowing them to harness free energy from the sun for years to come!
