BOC Limited Australia Customer Service Officer Sydney (NSW), Australia | req12648 What You Will Enjoy Doing Support one of BOC’s most complex customer portfolios, the major customer base, across Australia and New Zealand Provide professional customer support for customers by providing correct and relevant information to customers that resolves their enquiry You will utilize your in-depth knowledge of the Order to Cash process to manage EDI related tasks, addressing issues that stem from pricing, orders, deliveries, and invoicing errors You shall work closely with customers, major account executives and account owners to ensure root causes of errors causing EDI failures are resolved to ensure orders are processed through to invoicing seamlessly Liaison with the broader customer service team supporting with handling customer enquiries on the phone, email, and chat channels Resolve customer enquiries by clarifying their requirement; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution What Makes You Great You possess advanced verbal, written communication and problem-solving skills Knowledge of SalesForce, SAP, Microsoft Office 365 Strong influencing and time management skills with the ability to manage own tasks ensuring they are completed to a high standard inside agreed timeframes is required 1+ years customer service experience required Why you will love working with us At Linde we identify ourselves with our products – either working for the technical or medical gases business.
