Recruitment 24/7 has a vacancy for a Customer Service Administrator for our client based in Ipswich. This position is full-time permanent working at a Food Processing animal protein and agricultural organization based in Ipswich. The hours for this position are Monday to Friday 8:00 am to 4:00 pm. The primary role of this position is to handle inbound customer orders and outbound customer service functions. Duties Include Responding to customer inquiries (telephone and email) and providing information and assistance. Processing sales orders and maintaining the customer database. Provide administrative assistance to the Sales Representatives. Maintaining and updating price lists and related information to customers. Working with the accounts department To Be Considered For This Position You Must Have your own reliable transport.
