Due to an internal relocation, a fantastic opportunity exists for an experienced Customer Service and Administration Support person to join our fantastic team at our Alexandrina Branch. This is a full-time permanent position, that would suit someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and understands the importance of providing excellent customer service. Your Day To Day Would Include Processing of administrative documentation. Attending to enquiries by telephone, visitors and deliveries. Process domestic courier requests. Assist with trade counter data entry as directed. Ensures compliance with all Polyaire policies and procedures. Assistance in stores as required. Due to the nature of the role, some lifting may be required. Ad hoc tasks as requested. To make you “shine in your role” you will possess: Face to face selling experience with an entrepreneurial spirit A strong work ethic, professional, and a self-starter Strong communication skills both verbal and written Be highly organised, great at multi-tasking and strong attention to detail Have basic numerical skills with good attention to detail and accuracy Previous experience in a retail, hardware, trade type environment will be highly regarded, but not essential If you have a welcoming approach, show high initiative and can provide our customers with an all-round great experience; then this is the role for you, and we would love to hear from you.
