The Riverina Local Land Services team is seeking a motivated and versatile office all-rounder to deliver outstanding front-line customer service and administration support to the regional team and its valued customers. As a Customer Service and Admin Support Officer you will be responsible for; Undertaking a variety of word processing, records management and data entry tasks Assisting the Executive Support Officer with but not limited to agendas, minutes, travel arrangements and event coordination Facilities coordinator for repairs and maintenance Providing consistent high quality front line customer service (including initial advice, information, guidance, escalating and redirecting issues as required), Managing customer information to ensure confidentiality, accuracy and integrity Accounts receivable services including cash receipting. About You As you can see this is a hands on role best suited to a proactive, resourceful and dedicated team member. To excel in this role, strong communication skills are essential, along with a keen eye for detail. Prior experience in customer service or office administration would be advantageous, along with a solid understanding and enthusiasm for technology.
