The Creative Strategist is an evolution for Paid Social Ad experts - you will lead, manage and be accountable for Paid Social performance Aligning with our core agency framework that broad targeting is the future, this role will own the deployment & optimisation of our creative for Meta, TikTok, Pinterest and future paid social channels. You will work directly with Paid Social media buyers to deploy creative & manage campaigns The bulk of your time on thinking about the best way to grow our clients using Paid Social channels and working in tandem with the Lead Performance Creative (Chantel 👋) to ensure we hit creative quotas of UGC/Lo-Fi The role reports to our Lead Strategist (Duncan) to scale eCommerce Brands in Tech/Lifestyle, Health/Medical and Sports/Outdoor verticals in Australia and the world Each month we'll be looking for you to maintain and improve Agency processes to drive best practice optimisations and results, that allow your paid social media buyers to deploy campaigns within our structures Be the key point of contact for Meta, TikTok & Pinterest Business Partner with monthly optimisation logs and training opportunities What you will bring... 3+ years Meta Ad Account Experience in planning, optimising and reporting Demonstrated alignment to Broad campaign targeting and creative testing eCommerce and Global Ad Account experience on high spending accounts Passion for social media & brands Bonus if you have: Pinterest, TikTok or Snap experience Obsession with Dara Denney Know your way around Motion, Northbeam & TripleWhale What you will receive Competitive Salary (based on experience) + Super + Bonus +$2.5k to spend on home office/technology setup post-probation Annual L&D Budget Flexibility- work from home or anywhere and flex in hours Be mentored by A+ Players If this is you come join us – we’d love to hear from you!
