You will engage with our passengers ensuring the experience they receive is exceptional, while providing first class customer service at all times. This will include working as part of a team and taking responsibility for the efficient operations of all our Cafés, including, safety and legislative compliance, all operational and administrative functions. This position requires energy, commitment, initiative, teamwork, multi-skilling, time management, efficiency & self motivation. Casual Café Attendants must have the flexibility to be available across a 7-day roster including, weekends and public holidays. About You A passion for excellent customer service Excellent coffee making skills Team player Strong interpersonal and communication skills Initiative, self starter & self-motivated Achievement and results driven Excellent written and verbal communication skills Skills, Qualifications & Experience Prior experience working in a similar fast paced, hospitality focused role - Essential Responsible Service of Alcohol - Essential Food Safety Course - Essential Espresso Coffee Making trained - Desirable First Aid/CPR certificates (or willing to obtain) About Us Since commencing operation in 1964 with the first vehicle ferry, MV Myora, Stradbroke Ferries (now SeaLink South East Queensland) has grown to become the largest marine operator in Moreton Bay.
