BGC Cement is a major supplier of both quicklime and hydrated lime. The Opportunity Working alongside our leadership team, capitalise on your ability to influence, meticulous eye for detail and fantastic organisational ability and provide administrative support to the leadership team, as well as coordinating and tracking progress of business process activities and training requirements. Your Typical Day Will Include Providing high-level support to the department managers with preparation, editing and formatting of documents such as reports, presentations and meeting minutes; including coordinating with leaders to consolidate monthly reports for management meetings Manage meeting logistics including venue bookings, communication to internal and external stakeholders and catering for any off-site courses, training, workshops or meetings Supporting the development and delivery of internal communications, initiatives and activities Assisting the Business Process team with meetings and workshops with business stakeholders to capture requirements and desired process outcomes Supporting the record keeping and follow-up of staff training requirements including TNAs, certificates, licences and VOCs Assisting with preparation of training modules and coordinating roll out of programs Supporting the induction process and materials for new employees and contractors General administrative tasks including maintaining office supplies, scanning, filing and data entry What we’ll love about you Proven experience in similar administrative or executive support role Intermediate to Advanced computer literacy, specifically in MS Office Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to influence, negotiate and communicate at all levels and build strong relationships Strong problem-solving ability, along with excellent time management, attention to detail and organisational skills to set priorities, anticipate needs and proactively resolve matters Ability to exercise a high degree of discretion and confidentiality A current driver’s licence What we offer Backed by over 60 years of experience in the building industry, BGC operations spans manufacturing through to construction.
