Reporting directly to the Group Customer Care Manager, you will be an online brand representative for our ionic house of brands, Seed Heritage, French Connection, Commonry, allkinds, kikki.K & FINE-DAY and will support our customers throughout all stages of the purchase lifecycle, both online and in-store. We are looking for a highly motivated individual to provide customers with best-in-class service and strive to create memorable experiences across all channels and touchpoints. Our Customer Care team members are sales focused and achieve success through the creation of high-quality and trusting customer relationships to foster brand loyalty and repeat business. The Role Support our customers throughout all stages of the purchase lifecycle across a range of channels such as Zendesk tickets, email, live chat, and phone calls Approach all customer interactions using C.A.R.E ecommerce principals to deliver above-and-beyond customer service experience that is consistent with the brand service standards Build customer relationships through preparation, attention to detail, efficiency in the customer contact time and how you follow-up. Maintains a high customer satisfaction score through providing a best-in-class customer service experience THE IDEAL CANDIDATE: Experience working in ether a retail store or customer care environment. Familiar with Zendesk, live chat, social media, and email clients (Preferred) Familiar with order management, ecommerce, and other retail technology platforms (Preferred) Exceptional verbal and written communication skills A positive and professional attitude and exceptional attention to detail Customer-centric and striving to provide the best possible customer experience in any situation Strong understanding of retail, ecommerce, and social media Adaptable, flexible, and able to work autonomously and unsupervised. Proficient capabilities in Microsoft Outlook, Word & Excel Excellent time management skills Must be available and flexible to work during the week and weekends, in the office.
