BPX Integrations Specialist About the role: Working with the local ANZ-based team, and directly with our Senior Director of Solution Design you'll be joining the team as Integrations Specialist. Recognised by companies such as Adobe/Marketo and Salesforce, we are a fun team of consultants that know our stuff, have integrity and are superb at what we do. BPX ANZ specialises in strategic platform management like Marketo, Workfront Management and CRM systems like Salesforce and are experiencing growth into other Adobe platforms including CDP, AJO, AEM just to name a few. We are based centrally in North Sydney but have satellite offices all over Australia with most of our team working a combination of remotely and in the office. We are open to a hire that doesn't live in the Sydney based area but being in the office at least twice a month is a must. The successful candidate will: Have 4+ year experience designing and validating a complex integration architecture and ensuring its successful implementation. Be able to identify and challenge several IT scenarios by considering the business environment. Possess strong time management skills and interpersonal skills. Be capable of overseeing various concurrent active projects and working with a variety of teams, both internal and external. Experience with the following tools would be desirable: IPaaD tools like Make, Workato, Dell Boomi, Vertify and Adobe Workfront-fusion; Work management Platforms like Workfront Clarity, Clarizon, Wrike and Mavenlink; Fusion, Make, Workato, Vertify, Workfront, Monday.com, Adobe’s suite of tools; Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Marketo. Duties and responsibilities You will work with our team on a variety of projects, with a focus on the automations and cross product integrations. You are responsible for designing and validating a complex architecture and ensuring its successful implementation. You will identify and challenge several IT scenarios by considering the business environment. Design and document the integration architecture and integrations, utilising design patterns/re-use, best practices, adhering to standards, and minimising custom development. You will work with the internal team to collaborate on the design from the data and integration perspective. Apply strong time management skills and interpersonal skills in delivering various concurrent. active projects and working with a variety of teams, both internal and external. Managing the planned delivery and support of Integrations and implementations to customers on projects you are assigned to. Planning the most effective way to deliver customer requirements. Planning and delivering customer training sessions. Assist in sales calls to customers as required. Support customer implementations and integrations as required. Staying current with the latest releases of the software. Maintain a personal billable utilisation target of 75%. Help the APAC regional team reach their budgeted targets.
