Your Opportunity The administration team in Wagga Wagga provide administration support to the Riverina team, assisting in the ongoing functioning of our programs out in the community. Our Administration Officers are critical to the success of our team. In this role, you will perform a range of high-level administrative duties to support the efficient and effective running of the region including accounts payable, client brokerage, and reporting processes. You will provide high-level administrative support requiring a high degree of judgement, initiative, confidentiality, and sensitivity. Your Key Responsibilities Will Be To Manage the reception/front office area, taking calls, handling enquiries and greeting guests Provide administrative support to the Area Manager and Program Managers as requested, including fleet management, arranging travel, work health and safety, and rostering. Complete processing of financial transactions as required, including brokerage requests, petty cash and accounts payable Complete a range of complex administration tasks as required including timesheets, spreadsheets, memos, minutes etc. Requirements For Success Previous experience in administrative role Competent in using computer packages such as Microsoft Office Ability to work in a busy environment Demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a team Demonstrated understanding of and sensitivity towards disadvantaged clients Ability to organise and prioritise work Driver’s Licence Before starting work with us, you will need to undertake a national police history check, qualifications and referee checks, and have a clearance to work with children/vulnerable people.
