About The Role The Administration Officer is responsible for a range of functions including being the first point of contact for our customers, directing and answering customer’s questions that may arise from customers, and providing general enquiry assistance to patrons on auction day. This is a Part-Time role, Monday to Friday 9.00 am to 3.00 pm What You Will Do Greet customers and answer queries and/or direct customers to the correct area from the reception desk Assist with data entry in relation to auction sales such as vehicle evaluations and booking in Organise local and international couriers Process all facets of cashiering Perform general administration tasks About You Exemplary customer service skills Intermediate MS Office skills Data entry skills Willingness and flexibility to learn and adapt to a fast-paced environment Experience in SAP and Genesys will be an advantage Why join us?
