The Administrative Officer is responsible for providing administrative assistance to the our Early Learning Leadership Team. This will include being the first point of contact for any visitors at the head office, managing the diary of the Head of Early Learning, assisting with reporting, data entry and other ad hoc duties. Essential Criteria About you, your experience and skills Certificate III in Business Administration, or equivalent to the field of work Two (2) or more years experience in administration Intermediate to Advanced level capability in Word, Excel, Outlook & PowerPoint Even Better Advanced computer skills to learn and adapt with the systems Previous experience in an administration/reception environment Duties And Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To Provide daily administrative support to the Early Learning Leadership team. High-level of customer service to both internal and external customers Excellent written and oral communication skills and the ability to communicate and liaise effectively and sensitively at all levels, both internally and externally. Ability to balance conflicting priorities and to work to deadlines. Support productive relationships with a demonstrated ability to work as part of a team and independently and with people at all levels Flexible approach, including the ability to work autonomously, exercise initiative, and have a proactive approach to problem resolution.
