Salary Classification: Administration Officer Level 2 Year 1 Remuneration: $29.44 per hour excluding any applicable loadings, allowances and superannuation. About The Role As a casual Administration Officer at Calvary Mater Newcastle, you will be called to cover leave for our administration team across all hospital disciplines, providing accurate and timely administrative support services. Your Main Duties Will Include Meeting and greeting staff, patients and visitors using a professional manner. Providing timely assistance when assistance is sought. Present correspondence accurately and professionally. About You Previous experience working in a hospital environment. Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills. Effective time management and demonstrated organisational skills. Proficient skills with Microsoft programs including outlook, word, excel and PowerPoint. Understanding of, and adherence to, the principles of privacy and confidentiality in respect of hospital matters for patients and staff.
