You will support the day-to-day operations of the Base through effective and efficient administrative and reception support. This role is a permanent, full-time opportunity working office hours, Monday- Friday. We are looking for an Administration Officer who is confident, friendly, and highly organised. You will: Process incoming and outgoing mail, faxes and freight Complete stationery orders for the Base Complete uniform orders for the Base Provide administration support for the Base vehicles Cover reception and answer and transfer phone calls to appropriate personnel Complete data entry in an accurate and timely manner Organise meetings and catering as required Who are we looking for? In Queensland, the RFDS employs approximately 550 people with positions ranging from pilots, doctors, nurses, engineers, allied health professionals, and a variety of administration and support services roles. The RFDS delivers a broad range of essential healthcare services to rural and remote communities, as well as emergency retrieval services. Brisbane Base is exclusively an emergency aeromedical base, providing retrieval and inter-hospital transfers. The terminal facilitates the receipt of patients transported to Brisbane by the RFDS, as well as the receipt of patients transported by other aeromedical providers such as Queensland and NSW Ambulance Services.
