MAYDAY Recruitment is currently looking for an independent and proactive professional to work as a Team assistant on a part time basis to join a fast-growing Real Estate Investment company. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone to join a wonderfully supportive and friendly team as their team assistant in a part time role. You will provide administrative support to directors and portfolio managers. What's in it for you? Clerical duties: managing phone calls, scheduling meetings, audit, invoicing, and follow ups Support the team with overall administration and operational process of investment portfolios Assist with preparation of reports about portfolio performance, updates, and recommended strategies Assist with compliance and conducting due diligence processes Monitor existing performance of portfolios, tracking cash flow and fund settlements Maintain accuracy of spreadsheets, databases, and filing of related information for the portfolio. Liaise with internal and external stakeholders for appointments and events Provide support to all portfolio management team Keeping up-to-date information on investments and market trends The ideal candidate: Experience in administration or secretarial duties in Finance or Property, preferred Knowledge and understanding of financial markets and investments an advantage Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to build strong relationship with team members and clients Superior attention to detail and follow ups Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word Must have a positive attitude and be driven towards achieving success
